We designed our t-shirts to be ran in, we use neoteric textured fabric rather than the standard cotton you see on other printed t-shirts.  This fabric is designed to wick away sweat and allow you to enjoy a more comfortable run (If there is such a thing!) 😊

Shipping & Dispatch

We only ship to the UK currently.  Shipping is free on all orders.  We plan to dispatch all orders within 24 hours and will send a confirmation email.  If you haven't received your email after 24 hours please contact support@whyrun.co.uk.

We try our best to get your order to you as soon as possible. After dispatch, our standard delivery (Royal Mail First Class) typically arrives the next day in the UK (but can take up to 7 days). It is important to note that delivery times are out of our control, as we do not deliver the goods ourselves.

What do I do if my order hasn't arrived?

Whilst Royal Mail normally deliver all first class post within 1-2 working days, they can on occasion take longer. In the unlikely event that your goods do not arrive, please allow 7 days before contacting us. We cannot authorise any remakes before this time has passed as Royal Mail have been known to deliver within this time

In fact, if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, just return your whyrun.co.uk purchase within 30 days and we’ll issue a full refund, no questions asked.  Please just contact support@whyrun.co.uk and we will forward you a pre paid postage label for the return, once received at whyrun.co.uk we will issue the full refund.

Any damage as a result of external factors, e.g. due to bad handling by the customer, are not covered by this return policy. whyrun.co.uk reserves the right to unilaterally amend, suspend, or terminate this policy, or, in the event of policy abuse, exclude customers from its application.

Lifetime Print Guarantee

The print will last the lifetime of the garment or we will reprint for free.  Please just contact support@whyrun.co.uk and we will forward you a pre paid postage label for the return, once received at whyrun.co.uk we will reprint for free.
